"What if my child cries every morning and doesn't settle?"
It is completely normal for children to feel upset at drop-off, especially during the first few days. Most children settle within 2–3 weeks as they build routines, gain confidence, and make new friends. Our teachers provide gentle care, comfort, and encouragement throughout this transition.
"How do I know my child is truly safe at Rising Stars?"
Your child's safety is our highest priority. We maintain continuous supervision throughout the day, with secure pick-up and drop-off procedures. Every school bus also has a dedicated bus supervisor to ensure children are cared for throughout their journey.
"Will Montessori really prepare my child for primary school?"
Yes. Our Montessori program helps children build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, independence, problem-solving, and confidence. By the time they complete KG3, they are well prepared for primary school — not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well.
"What if my child is shy and struggles to make friends?"
Every child has their own personality, and that's perfectly okay. Our teachers gently encourage children through play, group activities, and everyday interactions, helping them build confidence and form friendships naturally at their own pace.
"My child doesn't speak English very well. Will they struggle?"
Not at all. Many children join us with little or no English, and that's completely normal. Through everyday conversations, Montessori activities, songs, and play, children naturally develop their English skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our teachers guide each child with patience and care, helping them gain confidence step by step.

✅ YES Rising Stars Montessori & Daycare is officially registered and affiliated with the relevant government authorities in Saudi Arabia. You can enroll with full confidence that your child is in a recognised, regulated institution.
✅ YES We offer a bus service for pick-up and drop-off. Routes cover key areas in Al Khobar. Each bus also has a dedicated bus supervisor travelling with the children to ensure they are safe and cared for throughout every journey. WhatsApp us with your location and we'll confirm whether your area is covered and share the bus schedule and fees.
✅ YES Children on a visit visa are welcome to enroll. We understand families in transition and do our best to accommodate short-term or flexible enrollment arrangements. WhatsApp us with your situation and we'll guide you through what documentation is needed.
✅ YES Our KG3 graduates are fully prepared for primary school admission. Rising Stars is government affiliated and our program meets and exceeds the early childhood education standards required for primary school entry in Saudi Arabia. Our graduates have been accepted into schools across Al Khobar and the Eastern Province. We also provide a school-readiness report for each KG3 graduate upon request.
Our standard school hours are 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Extended daycare hours are available for working parents. WhatsApp us to ask about extended care options and availability.
Our primary language of instruction is English. The Montessori curriculum is language-rich and supports children from multilingual families. Many of our students come from families where English is not the first language — and they thrive.
We keep parents involved through regular progress updates and open communication. You'll always stay connected to your child's learning through regular progress reports and scheduled parent-teacher meetings, giving you the opportunity to discuss your child's growth, development, and classroom experience.
